There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All bedrooms are carpeted and have new quality bedding and linen.
The second bathroom has a bath as well as a shower
A cot and highchair are available on request and there is a fully equipped laundry.
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with all new appliances including a dishwasher, large oven with gas cook top, plentiful refrigerator/freezer space and microwave.
There is also ample cutlery, crockery and glassware, cooking utensils, food processor, sandwich maker, electric jug, toaster, bread-maker and coffee machine.
The large living area has gas fire, home theatre and a wide screen TV and comfortable couches.
There is a large sunny north facing deck on the seaward side and a private, sheltered courtyard at the rear.
The boat ramp and beach access is 100m from the house
A mooring is available for use during your stay.
The bay is sandy, safe and sheltered.
