• There is also ample cutlery, crockery and glassware, cooking utensils, food processor, sandwich maker, electric jug, toaster, bread-maker and coffee machine.
• The large living area has gas fire, home theatre and a wide screen TV and comfortable couches.
• There is a large sunny north facing deck on the seaward side and a private, sheltered courtyard at the rear.
• The boat ramp and beach access is 100m from the house
• A mooring is available for use during your stay.
• The bay is sandy, safe and sheltered.

• Secure parking is available in the basement double garage.
