Conditions of StayRate is for 6 people. Weekly and monthly rates available. Minimum stay 3 nights. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates may vary school/public holidays and for groups of over 6 people. Linen/towels $15 pp per stay (one off charge). Payment – a deposit of 50% of the total is required to confirm reservation. Balance required 48 hours before stay. Cancellation policy – full refund of deposit up to 8 weeks prior to stay. No pets No smoking
