Conditions:
- Rate is for 6 people. Weekly and monthly rates available. Minimum stay 3 nights. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates may vary school/public holidays and for groups of over 6 people.
- Linen/towels $15 pp per stay (one off charge).
- Payment – a deposit of 50% of the total is required to confirm reservation. Balance required 48 hours before stay.
- Cancellation policy – full refund of deposit up to 8 weeks prior to stay.
